Nikon screem camera problem
Tested on Nikon D5000
What the problem?
So, my Nikon camera has a problem where the LCD screen of the camera is not working (or blackscreen). But the camera itself can still be used. How to fix it?
List of contents:
Get started
First, i turn on the camera itself, but what happened is the camera screen bliking then nothing happend on lcd (still black). But if i see the viewfinder, the indicator is still working. Then I inserted the SD Card of course, then just using my feeling to press the buttons to move to the right mode, then I pressed the shutter, and (Click) the photo was taken! But how do I see the results?
How to fix?
You can view the results via the LCD screen (currently impossible because the screen itself is broken), or use USB to a computer, or use HDMI (because the Nikon D5000 includes a mini HDMI port) or replace the LCD screen itself.
By using USB
You can connect USB from Camera to your computer by pressing Playback Button (video icon on corner top of left back camera), then plug USB Cable (Mini USB) to middle port (see image on top). Then you will see the camera connected to your computer -not see? Open File Manager (File Explorer on Windows).
By using HDMI
You can connect HDMI from camera to external monitor by plug you mini HDMI (Not have? Buy on online, it is cheap!) to your monitor.
By replacing the screen
This maybe hard (because I haven’t tried it myself). But you can see tutorals on Youtube.
Conclusion
because my nikon camera is old, better buy a new one if you have the money (lol)
